2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to
attend a summit in the United States. If possible, please expedite
this request as course start date in scheduled for early December.
