1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to
attend a Logistics Seminars in the United States. If possible,
please expedite this request as course start date in scheduled for
early December.
