necessitated by the Conditional Purchase Agreement (CPA) are
completed for the acquisition of the CALLE 93B No. 9A/36 APT.302
OASIS DEL MUSEO BUILDING. Embassy sends thanks to OBO for
outstanding support. Please see action requested in paragraph 2.

2. Action requested: U.S. Embassy Bogota respectfully request the
Director of OBO to close on the purchase of Oasis del Museo Apt.
302.

3. Due Diligence Items:

I. Regional Security Officer (RSO) certification signed on November
13, 2009

II. Post Health Officer (POSHO) certification signed on September
25, 2009

III. Chief of Mission (COM) Certification signed on September 21,
2009

IV. Promissory Sales Agreement signed by both parties (The seller
and the purchaser) on November 12, 2008

V. A&E report completed January 2009

VI. Pre-Purchase Certification from lawyers signed on November 9,
2009

VII. Ministry of foreign Affairs (MFA) Approval signed on September
25, 2009

4. Embassy Bogota wishes to express its appreciation to OBO for the
outstanding initiative and support provide throughout the
acquisition process by Steve Terada , OBO/Realty Specialist. OBO is
to be congratulated for this decision, which will pay huge
dividends in terms of safety, security, efficiency and quality of
life at this mission.
