(SBU) PolOff met November 19 with Christian Hotton, the responsible
officer in the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Office of
International Organizations, to present reftel demarche. Hotton
said that Argentina would vote in favor of the United States on the
Category A list. Hotton requested USG support for Argentina in
Category B, though he noted that Argentina was one of just ten
candidates for ten seats.
