(SBU) PolOff delivered reftel demarche to MFA Foreign
Affairs Officer John Kambona on November 3. Although Kambona
said that GOT typically abstains on such political
resolutions to maintain good relations with its friends from
the "east and the west", he promised to pass the information
regarding the Goldstone Report and upcoming UNGA debate to
his colleagues at the Tanzanian mission in New York.
