(SBU) PolOff delivered reftel demarche to MFA Foreign Affairs
Officer John Kambona on November 19. Kambona reiterated that
GOT typically abstains on such resolutions (ref b), but
indicated he would relay the information to his colleagues in
New York. PolOff noted that GOT had voted in favor of the
Goldstone Report resolution. Kambona said he had not
received an update from New York in two weeks and thus, could
not comment.
