1. Post conveyed reftel invitation and non-paper on October
6 to Banza Ngoy Katumwe, Head of the MFA's International
Organizations Directorate. Post followed up to meet Ngoy on
November 3 following his return from the UNGA. Ngoy said the
DRC was very interested in participating in the workshop. He
said the GDRC would like to send the following individuals:
