1. (SBU) The Embassy delivered reftel demarche to the
Ukrainian MFA desk officer responsible for the UNHRC,
Svitlana Pereverten. Pereverten explained that she was not
able to give a definite indication of Ukraine,s likely
response because they are still developing their position.
She said Ukraine feels it has not had enough time to
completely review the draft resolution.
