1. IN ACCORDANCE WITH 14FAM 613.5, POST REQUESTS THAT THE ORDERS FOR
VIRAJ LEBAILLY BE AMENDED TO INCLUDE A LAYETTE SHIPMENT (250 POUNDS
AIRFREIGHT) FOR THE BIRTH OF A NEWBORN CHILD.

2. POST MANAGEMENT CERTIFIES THAT NO SUITABLE LAYETTE IS AVAILABLE
LOCALLY.

3. UPON AUTHORIZATION, SUBJECT EMPLOYEE WILL COORDINATE SHIPMENT TO
POST VIA GSO/SHIPPING AND THE TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
DIVISION.
