1. (SBU) On November 20, Poloff delivered reftel demarche
concerning the latest IAEA report on Syria to Park Young Hyo,
Deputy Director, Disarmament and Nonproliferation Division,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Park replied that the
Republic of Korea is considering how best to deal with this
issue, and has not yet made a final decision on making a
statement at the upcoming IAEA Board of Governors meeting.
