RECEIVED AN OFFICIAL LETTER OF REQUEST FROM THE
MINISTRY OF DEFENSE (MOD) OF THE REPUBLIC OF
MOLDOVA DATED 28 OCTOBER 2009.

2. REQUEST OVERVIEW
