(SBU) Ambassador delivered reftel demarche to Foreign Minister
Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan (AbZ) and discussed the
President's announcement of the way forward in Afghanistan. AbZ
reaffirmed the UAE's active support for the mission in Afghanistan
and noted that the newly-appointed UAE Ambassador is expected to
arrive in Kabul soon.
