1. (U) Total number of donors: 13
Total dollars pledged: 7,900 USD

2. (U) Four signed payroll authorization pledge forms
totaling 3,370 USD were sent to HR/ER. Four copies of signed
payroll authorization forms and one pledge form with check
attached totaling 3,970 USD were sent to CFSC Domestic
Payroll.

3. (U) The Embassy total includes five pledges made online
totaling 3,120 USD
, two pledges from DAO totaling 420 USD, and one pledge from
RAO totaling 390 USD.
