1. Embassy Niamey welcomes reftel offer of ICASS post-specific
training to take place in Niamey in February 2010.

2. Due to current security circumstances in Niger, however, post
notes that conditions are changeable, and will need to be reviewed
prior to departing for Niger.

3. Embassy Niamey thanks the ICASS Service Center for its generous
offer and looks forward to a productive training exercise.
