(SBU) Poloff delivered talking points to the MFA's Israel
desk officer Alexandre Diebolt on December 2, per reftel.
Diebolt said the France agrees with the analyis presented in
reftel and supports the USG position. He acknowledged the
Palestinian Authority's need for financial aid, but said
France was not in a position to offer further funding at this
time.
