(SBU) Emboff presented the reftel points to Czech MFA Asia
Pacific Deputy Director Andrea Hyniova on December 8. Hyniova
informed emboff that the Czechs expected to discuss Burma at
the EU's COASI meeting on December 9 and perhaps on the
margins of the Copenhagen gathering on climate change. She
also expressed MFA appreciation that the USG was keeping the
Czechs informed about USG views and work to advance Aung San
Suu Kyi's offer of dialogue.
