1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to
participate in the English Language Training and Basic American
Language Instructor Course scheduled for the period 24 February
through 10 November 2010; training location - Lackland, AFB, TX,
USA.

3. The names of the proposed candidate is as follows:
