1. This is an expedited action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates, who have been nominated to participate in the ATA/VIP
Protection Course. All applicants are officers at the Ministry of
Interior (NIIA). This course is scheduled for January 24, 2010 -
March 6, 2010 in Amman, Jordan. Please expedite this request.
