1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to
participate in the Orthopedics Surgery and Rehabilitation
Observership Course during the period
07 March through 18 April 2010; training location - Ft Sam Houston,
TX, USA.
