1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to
participate in the Defense Language Combined Logistics Captains
Career Course during the period
24 March through 17 December 2010; training location - Lackland AFB,
TX/Ft Lee, VA, USA.

3. The name of the proposed candidate is as follows:
