2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to
participate in the Defense Language Institute/Infantry Advanced
Leader Course during the period
31 March through 13 August 2010; training location - Lackland AFB,
TX/Ft Benning, GA, USA.

3. The name of the proposed candidate is as follows:
