(SBU) Per reftel, EconOff delivered the U.S. carrier designation
dipnote to the Director of the North America Desk Adriana Maldonado
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. EconOff also forwarded a copy
of the document by unclassified email to the Colombian civil
aeronautics authority Director of International Affairs and
Regulations Claudia Esguerra, who informed us that the designation
has been authorized. A copy of the dipnote and confirmation of its
receipt will be forwarded to the Department of Transportation and
EEB/TRA/AN.
