1. Embassy received the above-referenced Diplomatic Note dated
January 20, 2010 from the Mexican government relative to the
exportation of hazardous waste to the U.S. This notification was
sent to EPA/OECA for processing.

2. The Mexican company and export notification numbers are:
Arterva Specialties, S.de R.L de C.V., MX/ab/002/10.

3. The receiving company in the U.S. and quantity is the following:

Sabin Metal West Corp.
15 12th Avenue East
Williston, ND 58801

542,000 Kg of used NPU 100 catalyst

4. The waste will be transported in 1 shipment.
