1. This is an action request. Please see para three.

2. The following candidates have been selected for
participation in the law enforcement executive development
program session 34 at ILEA Gaborone, which starts on January
18-February 26, 2010. Post vetting was completed on January
6. Post requests that vetting be completed by January 15 to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the
