1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates
nominated to attend the HIGH-LEVEL TRAINING: HL-19:3 AND
MID-LEVEL TRAINING: MM-19:6, BOTH AT THE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
FOR STABILITY POLICE UNITS (COESPU) IN VICENZA, ITALY,
BEGINNING ON 18 JANUARY 2010.

2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the
individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 01/11/2010. Post is
