Embassy Windhoek's Visas Viper Committee confirmed as of January 4,
2010, that no individuals were identified for inclusion in the
Visas Viper program and no telegrams were sent during the reporting
period. The following agencies/sections were present at the
meeting: AMB, CDC, DAO, DCM, ECON, MGMT, PAO, Peace Corps, RSO, and
USAID. Post's Visas Viper Coordinator is Consular Officer Charles
Jarrett. The backup coordinator, who was present at the meeting, is
Economic and Commercial Officer Frank DeParis. The committee is
chaired by DCM Matthew Harrington.
