1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) who has been
nominated to attend the Defense Language Institute Advance
Leaders'Course during the period 17 May through 31 March through 13
August 2010; training location - Lackland AFB, TX/Fort Benning, GA,
USA.

3. The name of the proposed candidate is follows:
