requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) who has been
nominated to attend the Special Operations Combating Terrorism
Course during the period 03 March through 14 May 2010; training
location - Lackland AFB, TX/Hurlbert Field, FL, USA

3. The name of the proposed candidate is as follows:
