1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Interior (MOI) who have been
nominated to attend the Defense Resource Management training during
the period 25 April through 22 May 2010; training location -
Monterey, CA, USA.
