1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Ministry of Interior (MOI) who have been
nominated to attend the ATA/VIP Protection Course during the period
13 March through 22 April 2010; training location - AMMAN JORDAN.
