1. Further to reftel, Poloff contacted Mo Bleeker, Senior
Advisor Dealing with the Past and Transitional Justice for
the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) to
confirm Swiss intention to participate in the March 17-19
Instability Warning and Genocide Prevention Symposium.
Bleeker advised Poloff that she was in receipt of the
invitation and agenda, and that she, herself, would be
attending as the GOS representative. Bleeker said this will
be her third time attending the symposium.
