1. (U) Post requests the Department's assistance in screening the
following candidate, of the Brazilian Navy, who has been nominated
to participate in a course entitled, "Aviation Training - Fixed
Wing," from June 28, 2010 - Feb 23, 2012, in Pensacola, FL,
pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act.

2. (U) Post verifies that, as of February 5, it possesses no
derogatory information of gross human rights violations by the
following Brazilian service member as cited below.
