1. Post approached the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture regarding
the U.S. raw sugar tariff rate quota (TRQ) and received the
following response. Brazil plans to ship its full allocation of
the FY 2010 raw sugar TRQ to the United States for delivery by
September 30, 2010. If there is a reallocation, Brazil could
supply any additional raw sugar needed by September 30, 2010.
