1. (U) Per reftel, Emboff delivered nonpaper on the designation of
entities related to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to Ms.
Pamela Ingleton of the International Organizations Department of
the Government of Jamaica (GOJ)'s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Foreign Trade (MFAFT). The nonpaper was delivered on the
afternoon of February 25. Post will convey any relevant response.
