1. Neither the International Copper Study Group (ICSG) nor
the International Lead and Zinc Study Group (ILZSG) (both
non-deferred organizations) incurred interest costs
associated with external borrowings for CY 2010. Per ref A,
a written statement to that effect provided by the secretary
general of each organization will be emailed to EUR-IO/EX/FM,
along with updated invoices for the 2010 assessment.

2. Embassy POC for submission of current invoicing and
certifications on external borrowings for international
organizations is Poleconoff Lucy Chang, at ChangLM@state.gov,
tel.: (351)21-770-2328.
