10) Timor - Returns Update 17 Nov 2000 20/11/00 (IOM) IOM first major repatriation by sea since August will now take place on Tuesday 21 November. IOM will repatriate 453 people from Kupang to the East Timor port of Com aboard the IOM-operated ship.

11) Daily Briefing, 17 November 2000 20/11/00 (UNTAET) The East Timorese Transitional Administration is hosting an international conference for countries willing to help develop the future East Timor Defence Force.
