Two Ureports on bleak state of Palestinian economy

UN and World Bank to issue two reports on bleak state of Palestinian economy

The United Nations and the World Bank will present tomorrow in Jerusalem findings from two reports exploring the impact of conflict on the bleak state of the Palestinian economy.

Exploring the devastation in the West Bank's productive sectors, the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Terje Roed-Larsen, will discuss results from a report entitled: "The Impact of Closure and other Mobility Restrictions on Palestinian Productive Activities."
