Kent Johansson, leader of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) group in the Committee of the Regions, will be one of the main speakers at a reception to mark the inauguration of the Representation of Cluj County (Romania) to the European Union.

The event, which takes place in the European Parliament on 4 October, will be hosted by the chairman of the assembly’s ALDE group, Graham Watson, on behalf of the President of Cluj County, Marius Nicoara.
