New Caledonian USTKE union not taking action against Goro Nickel this week

The New Caledonian USTKE union says it will not take action against the Goro Nickel company this week.

The company has hired some qualified Filipino workers who will help to construct the two-billion US dollar plant.

Goro Nickel confirmed earlier that some Filipinos were driving trucks because the company had difficulties finding locals for the job.
