PRESIDENT FORKORUS YABOISEMBUT AND PRIME MINISTER EDISON WAROMI AT JAYAPURA’S PRISON WITH THEIR OWN OFFICIALS OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF WEST PAPUA, THEY ON BEHALF OF PAPUAN PEOPLE ARE WELCOME FREEDOM FLOTILLA LAND AND SEA CONVOY FOR PEACE AND JUSTICE TO WEST PAPUA. WE INVITE YOU TO DIRECTLY SEE WHAT REALY HAPPEN HERE DURING 50 YEARS INDONESIA OCCUPYING WEST PAPUA.

WE ARE REFERRED TO AS “JAYAPURA FIVE” SEND OUR APPRECIATION IN ADVANCE TO POLITICIAN, HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER, MUSICIAN, INTERNATIONAL MEDIA AND STUDENTS OVER THE WORLD WHO BRAVE AND GALLANT TO SAIL CROSS SEA TO WEST PAPUA FROM AUSTARLIA. WE PRAY FOR YOU TO SOLVE YOUR CHALLENGERS LIKE WAVES AND SEASICKNESS BUT MAIN CHALLENGER IS INDONESIAN NAVY, AIR PORCE ETC WHO READY TO BLOCK YOU AT BORDER TO ENTER WEST PAPUA. WE PRAY FOR YOUR SAFETY.

INDONESIAN AUTHORITY ALWAYS BAN HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER, INTERNATIONAL JURNALISTS OR MEDIA AMD DIPLOMAT TO VISIT WEST PAPUA AND SEE WHAT REALY HAPEN HERE. FOR EXAMPLE ON JANUARY 14, 2013, INDONESIA RECENTLY BAN UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR MR. FRANK LA RUE TO VISITED TO WEST PAPUA AND AMBON.

FREEDOM FLOTILLA LAND AND SEA CONVOY FOR PEACE AND JUSTICE WILL GIVE SINGNALS OVER THE WORLD THAT INDONESIA STILL OCCUPYING WEST PAPUA WITH WORSE AND CONTROL OF OUR OWN LAND, NATUARL RESOURCES BY TRANSMIGRATION, IMMIGRATION AND MILITARY. INDONESIA HAS TOTALY FAILED IN WEST PAPUA TO PROTECT INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF WEST PAPUA. INDONESIA ONLY WANTS OUR ABUNDANCES OF NATURAL RESOURCES THAN PAPUAN PEOPLE.

WE APPEAL TO MEMBER COUNTRIES OF UNITED NATIONS AND SPECIALLY OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN MELANESIA SPEARHEAD GROUP (MSG) AND PACIFIC ISALNDS FORUM (PIF) TO SUPPORT AND RECOGNITION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF WEST PAPUA.

IF YOU SUPPORT AND RECOGNITION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF WEST PAPUA WHICH MEAN YOU ALSO INVOLVE TO SAVE OUR SOUL AND OUR LAND FROM DESTRUCTION AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES, BECAUSE WE SHARE THE SAME ISLAND AND HAVE CLOSER AFFINITY.

AS THE PRESIDENT AND AS THE PRIME MINISTER, WE EXPRESS OUR APPRECIATION IN ADVANCE TO INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY IN GENERAL AND SPECIALLY TO BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN AUSTARLIA WHO PAY ATTENTION TO WEST PAPUA ISSUES. WE ALSO EXPRESS OUR APPRECIATION IN ADVANCE TO UNCLE KEVIN BUZZACOTT, CHIEF OF ABORIGINAL NATION WHO DIRECTLY HELPED ALL ADMISTRATIONS NEED FOR THIS CONVOY AND ALSO UNCLE KEVIN LEADS FREEDOM FLOTTILA LAND AND SEA CONVOY FOR PEACE AND JUSTICE TO WEST PAPUA.

THE SECRETARIAT OF THE TRANSITIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF WEST PAPUA IS NOW TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT SOME OF THE RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT THE CONGRESS.

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THAT WE SHARE THE SAME ISLAND AND HAVE CLOSER AFFINITY TO YOU AND OTHER MELANESIAN COUNTRIES AND THE SOUTH PACIFIC REGION IN GENERAL . “ UNITED WE STAND AND DIVIDED WE FALL. LONG LIVE PACIFIC”.
