Iranian Resistance Strongly Condemns the Barbaric Murder of British Aid Worker David Haines by ISIS/ISIL

The National Council of Resistance of Iran, strongly condemns the cowardly and barbaric murder of British aid worker David Haines by ISIS/ISIL. Ms Dowlat Nowrouzi, the UK Representative of the NCRI expresses her deepest sympathies with Mr. Haines’ family and friends.

This appalling and savage act demonstrates the fanatic and barbaric character of religious extremism and the serious threat it poses to the people in the Middle East and the world.

Ms. Nowrouzi said, "any comprehensive and sustainable strategy to dismantle and destroy extremist groups such as ISIS/ISIL in the Middle East, will ultimately fail if it engages the clerical regime in Iran. Islamic fundamentalism emanates from Iranian religious fascism.. Western co-operation with the Iranian regime will merely enhance the regime's terrorist IRGC (Revolutionary Guard Corps), tasked with promoting the Iranian regimes expansionist foreign policy through international terrorism."
