TRAVEL RESPONSE TO FRANCE TERROR ATTACK
Auckland, New Zealand. 15 July, 2016. New Zealand’s largest travel group of companies, helloworld, has responded to the recent terror attack in the popular tourist destination of Nice, as saying that they are “deeply saddened by these attacks.” helloworld has identified a few customers who may have been in Paris or Nice at the time of the attack and are doing their best to make contact with them to ensure that they are safe and if they require any assistance in altering their travel plans.
helloworld General Manager Marketing, David Libeau says “We take customer care very seriously right from the beginning of the booking process until our customers return home.” Libeau adds that as a matter of course, helloworld experts will always recommend travel insurance which can greatly assist customers in times of need and the unexpected.
helloworld has not at this time received any cancellations or amendments to customer bookings who have travel arrangement to France planned in the near future.
The New Zealand Government travel safe site has not changed its current status on travel to France but is encouraging would be travellers to register their travel with the New Zealand Embassy and to keep well informed of local situations via social media, news channels and safe travel alerts.
