Short Forecast issued by Weather Workshop valid to
midnight tomorrow:

The north and west of the North Island from Northland to Wellington, also for the central plateau and Bay of Plenty: Rain or showers in most places today. Clearing about Bay of plenty early tomorrow but showers persisting elsewhere.

Gisborne to Wairarapa: Brief showers spreading east from the ranges today. Mainly fine tomorrow.

Nelson and the west coast of the South Island: Showery today. Cloudy tomorrow with late rain setting in about Fiordland.

Marlborough, Canterbury, Otago and Southland: Cloudy periods.
Showers for much of today about the main divide and western ranges. A few falls elsewhere at times until tonight. Tomorrow late rain to western Southland otherwise dry with increasing high cloud.

Chatham Islands: Mostly cloudy, rain likely tomorrow.
