A Man Walks into a Bar

Good Luck Bar

Presents

A Man Walks into a Bar

A man and a woman duel and drink, a dog is kicked and someone looses and eye.

Is this a bar? Or an audience in waiting?

From the writer who brought you ‘The Underarm’; ‘A Man Walks into a Bar’ is David Geary’s latest showcase of talent.

The intimacy of Good Luck bar offers a unique yet truly apt environment to watch the witty dialogue of ‘A Man Walks into a Bar’ slowly unravel. Ryan O’Kane (Best Actor Qantas TV Awards for Insider's Guide to Love) and Jodie Hillock directed by David Lawrence, bring to life Geary’s play which tip toes around nothing while indulging in everything. In a duel of words, laughter and uncanny situations the intricacies of the lives of the characters are put on display for all to see.

In its second season at Good Luck ‘A Man Walks into a Bar’ will be showcased in a ten day season starting on the 12th of February.

Feb 12-21st 2007, 5:30pm
