Art emerges from the underworld with a troupe of Wellington’s finest artists and makers. Satisfy your curiosity…for art which goes far beyond white walls. ROAR! gallery brings together some of Wellington’s finest and most quirky makers in a wild carnival of dancing cats and dogs, acrobats swinging from the ceiling, bearded ladies, strongmen, lizard women, ladies squeezed into the tiniest speaker boxes, and creatures from the grotesque to the gorgeous.
This is a show not to be missed, a new experience in art and viewing pleasure.

ROARski’s proudly presents;

SAM BROAD; NZ print maker, weedy strongman and miraculous balancer of themes, cakes, meat packs and glorious Kiwiana.

MICHELE IRVING; A magical seamstress who works surrounded by piles of felt to reveal the secret carnival life of humble cats and dogs. See them transformed before your very eyes into dancers, conjurers and fortune tellers. Your comfy cat will never seem the same again……………………
