This men only Fringe Visual Art show brings together more than 20 artists and musicians, united in their passion for recent history and quality chocolate sponge cake.

Cakes of the 20th Century provides an educational and entertaining art experience remembering historic events as diverse as Hiroshima, The ’81 Springbok Tour, and the untimely death of Elvis Presley.

So come along to the Newtown Bowling Club and vote for your favourite 20th Century cake, with categories including Best Arts and Entertainment, Best Science, Best Political, Best sporting, and Best New Zealand cake.
