Urgency
After Party leaders completed their speeches in the Budget Debate, it was adjourned.
Leader of the House Gerry Brownlee moved an Urgency motion for one bill to be introduced and sent to select committee and four others to be introduced and passed through all stages.
The Urgency motion was successful by 63 to 58 with National, Maori Party, ACT and United Future in favour.
