Firearms amnesty draws in hundreds of weapons
The firearms amnesty after last month's terror attack in Christchurch has seen 360 weapons handed in so far.

In addition, 2093 online forms have been completed for further weapons and parts to be surrendered.
Police are also regularly visiting gun clubs to provide information about the amnesty and the buyback scheme that will allow firearm owners to claim compensation based on the weapon's make, model and condition.
Officers have made 181 visits to gun clubs.
As part of the buyback scheme, a legal framework needs to be established, which police are currently working on including consulting with Australian officials familiar with the process.
The new regulations will go to the Cabinet for sign-off next month.
