Employment Relations Amendment Bill Returns
Controversial reform of the Employment Relations Act is to be debated in Parliament today.
After Question Time and the General Debate, MPs will first debate the third reading of the Families Commission Amendment Bill.
This will be followed by the second reading of the Employment Relations Amendment Bill. The bill was reported back from select committee hearings in December after it was strongly opposed by unions and Labour.
