Today - Demonstration In Silwan

Today at 5:00PM the villagers of Silwan will demonstrate against the Israeli Municipality's decision to demolish ninety six homes in the village of Silwan.

The Israeli authorities plan to build a park on the land after destroying the homes of over one thousand Palestinians in this village in the heart of Occupied East Jerusalem.

The demonstration that was organized the Christian National Committee and Fatah's committee for the National Institutions in Jerusalem will take place in Al-Bustan area of Silwan on Tuesday 31st of May at 5:00 PM.
